- Plan, deliver and evaluate high quality Occupational Therapy services to customers and NDIS participants
- Provide assessment and intervention which will ensure optimal outcomes for participants
- Support inclusion and participation of NDIS participants and customers in their communities
- Work as an individual therapist and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders, such as other health professionals, NDIA – related entities, family members, education staff, Relationship Managers, support coordinators, support workers and community managers to provide individualised plans
- Experience working with people with a disability
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Relevant Occupational Therapy Qualifications
- Current practicing Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) Registration
- Current driving licence and car
