- Manage all financial functions, inclusive of accounts receivable & payable, payroll, reconciliation of accounts, budgeting, and reporting.
- Oversee financial management for property management and sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with human resource functions inclusive of recruitment, induction, training, rostering, and legislative compliance.
- Maintain an inclusive and positive company culture through leadership, teamwork, and morale-building initiatives.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping and financial management is essential.
- Experience in trust accounting and legislative compliance is advantageous.
- Knowledge of real estate property management and sales is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and proficiency in computer literacy.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to liaise professionally with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and demonstrate initiative.
- Permanent full-time position, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
