  • Leadership and Team Development:
  • Lead, inspire, and guide the credit team to achieve their objectives.
  • To ensure the ongoing and appropriate development of staff to enable them to achieve their full potential
  • Business Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities and growth areas that will increase revenue generation
  • Define and Implement new initiatives relevant to Pepper Direct
  • Customer Service and Relationship Management:
  • Oversight of the service levels provided to both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure that there is strong ongoing communication and managed turnaround times associated with the loan applications.
