You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate brand objectives into compelling visual solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphic design through typography, campaigns and brand development.Our team is driven and ambitious, and we need someone who can make an immediate impact and push boundaries. As an in-house team, we are passionate about our mission and committed to making a difference in the lives of our patients through innovative design and creativity.Duties and Responsibilities:Ideate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including OOH, digital ads, social media content, email campaigns, and print collateral.Work closely with the design director, art directors, copywriters, and other creative team members to create engaging, best-in-class design work to support the creative needs of our brands, including our main B2C brand, Alternaleaf.Maintain and evolve the identity of our brands across digital and print mediums.Create new and evolve brands in house collaboratively with internal stakeholders.Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to develop creative concepts that align with business objectives and target audiences.Create compelling graphics to drive engagement and enhance brand presence across social platforms.Develop email and social designs that effectively communicate key messages and drive conversions.Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and branding to continuously innovate and improve the brand's visual presence.Mentor and provide guidance to other designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.Work closely with external vendors and agencies as needed to execute design projects.QualificationsYou love the opportunity to innovate, have impact and take the urgency and ambiguity in your stride that often come with working for a company on a mission to drive change, and to scale, at a pace.In addition to these foundations, you will have:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.6+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on branding and campaign development, preferably in an agency or start-up environment.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising.A commitment to creative excellence, insights and ideasExcellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and composition.Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative campaign concepts and execute them across various channels.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and defend design concepts.Proven track record of managing complex campaign projects from concept to completion.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of campaign design projects across digital and print mediums, with a focus on creativity, innovation, and results.Additional InformationYou’ll be joining a highly motivated, agile team where your ideas and work will directly influence the direction and progress of an expanding global company in a hyper-growth phase.
