As the Application Consultant, you will educate, train, and provide guidance and first-line technical support to healthcare professionals. Your clients will include Orthopaedic Surgeons, Spinal and Neuro surgeons and engineering teams across Victoria. Additionally, you will:
- Provide on-site guidance and assistance to customers during treatment, maximizing efficiency and usage
- Educate/train customers on the use of products and services
- Field customer questions/requests: Investigate and resolve issues consistent with established policies and procedures
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand problems and adequately troubleshoot issues
- Perform routine calibrations and preventative maintenance
- Deliver high-level customer service
- Read, analyze, interpret and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Instruct customers and staff in the proper use of the equipment
- Biomedical Engineering degree or equivalent clinical-based experience
- Full Australian driver's license and willingness to travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Developed time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and continually develop product and technical knowledge
- Recent biomedical graduates or Theatre nurses with 1-3 years experience are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (flexibility required based on business needs)
