- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, both internally and externally.
- Ensure contractors comply with their contract terms and conditions.
- Monitor and document contract variations.
- Assist in managing CMMS for preventive and reactive maintenance.
- Ensure timely submission of required documents by contractors.
- Review documents for compliance and communicate with contractors as needed.
- Provide support to various stakeholders as required.
- Process purchase orders and invoices within CMMS.
- Uphold Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environmental (E) policies.
- Strong demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and adopt innovative problem-solving approaches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet access.
- Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
- Relevant formal qualifications such as a diploma or certificate equivalent in Administration or Management.
- Experience in Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Project Management, or Facilities Maintenance Management.
- Understanding and use of CMMS.
- Training in OH&S, QA, and environmental-related disciplines.
