Are you ready to lead a team of dedicated landscaping personnel towards excellence? Fennec Services Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Landscaping Supervisor / Civil Supervisor. Around $45 per hour (pay will be commensurate with experience)
Vehicle and Fuel included

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate landscaping personnel to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
Procure necessary materials for landscaping projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Engage in hands-on work approximately 50% of the time, leading by example and demonstrating best practices.
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

Punctual, energetic, and organized with a strong work ethic.
Ability to lead and motivate a team towards common goals.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
Flexibility to travel within the Sunshine Coast region, with occasional work in Brisbane and Ballina.
Possession of own tools is advantageous.
