They are seeking a Customer Service Officer to support their accounts receivable and investigations processes. The is a temporary part time (3 days per week) assignment for 12 months covering maternity leave. This organisation has been awarded one of the Best Places to Work since 2015, they are offering the candidate flexibility to work from home, you need to be available to work from their office in Mount Waverley Vic 3149, 1 day a fortnight.THE ROLE:As a Customer Service Officer - Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for:

Billing
Dispute resolution
Following up on PO numbers
Responding to queries and resolving discrepancies
Issuing and processing credit notes

ABOUT YOU:

Previous experience working in accounts receivable or strong customer service and dispute resolution experience required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Work from Mount Waverley Vic 3149 1-2 days a fortnightly
