If you have excellent phone or face to face customer service experience - we want to hear from you!!ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking experienced Customer Service Administrators who are multi-skilled. Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
Answering high volume calls and emails
Updating and maintaining internal databases
Extensive data entry
Filing, printing and scanning
Booking and coordinating video conferences
Virtual training and meetings

Skills / Experience

Experience working in a Customer Service/Administration role is essential
Computer literate to intermediate/advanced level including (Excel, MS office suite & internet)
Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
Discretion in relation to confidential information
Good written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
