The Shamrock Hotel Echuca is currently offering a permanent full-time position for a fully qualified cook/chef to join our experienced team.Located in the heart of historic Echuca, the Shamrock Hotel has been catering to the locals and tourists since 1864 and offers a great opportunity to work with an experienced international team.The person we are looking for will have 2 years or more experience in a similar role, with larder, grilling and pan work as well as food preparation. The applicant must be able to work under pressure and in a busy environment and provide verifiable references from previous employers in a similar role.
