The team includes several former executives, as well as the former AISA Cyber Security Professional of the Year and winner of the Women in ICT Defying Gravity Award.We believe in our people, and we believe in the work our clients do.Role PurposeYour role as a change manager is to help minimizing the adverse effects of organizational changes and optimizing positive results. This role places a strong emphasis on addressing the human aspect of change, including understanding its impact on individuals and facilitating their adaptation to new circumstances, identifying the impact on people, getting them ready for change, and handling any resistance to change.The change manager will deliver the effective implementation of the change program across the organisation which will involve the development of a change strategy and change management plans that integrate into the overall project and operational plans. The role will subsequently involve the execution of these plans and activities to reinforce the acceptance of changes across the organisation.Key Accountabilities
  • Apply recognised Change Management techniques. Support the development and delivery of an effective Change Management strategy for organisations and can coach managers and Project teams about change management.
  • Undertake risk assessment and understanding the risk matrix.
  • Conduct business readiness assessment, pre-live and post-live assessments for projects.
  • Support the design and rollout of a communications plan.
  • Support the design and delivery of a training strategy.
Mandatory Experience
  • Experience and knowledge of how to adapt change management principles, methodologies, and tools to design fit for purpose change plans.
  • Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills, and ability to establish relationships and communicate at all levels.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
  • · Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as a contributing member of a team.
  • Proven credentials in facilitating the development and implementation of an effective change and communication plans, impact/readiness assessments.
Desired Experience /Knowledge
  • Experience working in ICT Projects and Programs (highly desirable if in the cyber security field)
  • Previous experience in leading and supporting the project and program space.
  • Passionate about bringing people along the journey, overcoming complex challenges, and building strong relationships to reach project outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and managerial skills.
