This company is a leading Builder across New South Wales and builds new homes and subdivisions. They have a large team distributed between three office locations and are looking to fill this vacancy in their Hunter Valley office.
The role will be production estimating for their special homes and projects.Benefits:

Key Responsibilities

Analyze plans and quotes
Complete take offs
Issue purchase orders
Liaise with internal staff and supervisors on site
Site visits

Role Requirements

Estimating experience in the residential / project home industry
Housing product knowledge
Tertiary qualifications or trade qualifications in construction preferred
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to commit full time to an office based role.
