Provide direct one-on-one support to children with additional needs, ensuring their growth and development are nurtured.
Infuse your passion into creating and delivering adjustments to the learning environment as needed for all children under your care.
Collaborate with the coordinator and educational leader to develop detailed documentation to support neuro divergent children’s inclusion within the OSHC environment.
Build meaningful connections with stakeholders, fellow educators and families, fostering an inclusive community for our children.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or ACECQA equivalent
Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Minimum two years of experience in inclusion support
Understanding of childcare industry practices and legislative requirements
Familiarity with National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place learning framework
Strong workplace communication skills
Proficient in documentation and record-keeping for inclusion support
