- Certificate III Individual Support or other relevant qualification
- Knowledge and experience in Consumer Direct Care and working with clients with complex care needs, disabilities or serious injuries
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and mentor people and teams to achieve goals and meet targets
- Creative and forward-thinking strategies to drive innovation and improve the lives of our clients
- Ability to prioritise and manage workloads of self and others according to changing priorities
- Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships to enhance the organisation
- Sound computer literacy including Microsoft Office Skills

- An understanding of Home Care and Aged Care sector including legislative and funding guidelines
- Current unrestricted QLD license and own insured/registered vehicle
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
