- The ability to make decisions within set parameters, and the confidence to deliver information to various levels within both Epiroc and the customer's organisations
- A background in and understanding of business development, account management or general sales
- A technical mindset - you don't need to be an expert regarding machinery as you will be supported in that space, but a solid understanding of technical considerations is important
- Highly developed communication skills. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to find common ground with people approaching projects from differing perspectives.
- Exposure to mining and related industries will be well-regarded
