Salary range $130,878 - $151,717 (based on experience) plus super.Tasmania has significant potential in the future development of wind and hydropower, coupled with more transmission and interconnection. You are highly influential and exhibit leadership qualities capable of motivating and mentoring teams to excel to deliver on program deliverables. Your communication skills enable you to identify priorities and negotiate outcomes effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders and balance complex projects with tight deadlines. With tertiary qualifications in Project and/or Program Management, Social Science, Environmental Science, or related disciplines, you will be proficient in planning, scheduling, and navigating regulatory approvals processes. Additionally, you possess a genuine passion for social and community engagement, and value time spent engaging and celebrating the contributions the project will deliver to these communities.About the role:As the Social Impact and Community Engagement Specialist, your role is crucial in project managing and coordinating vital milestones and outputs delivered by the Social Impact and Community Engagement Team. Serving as the bridge between various stakeholders, you'll provide guidance and support to ensure that outcomes are achieved efficiently and effectively. Your focus on project management excellence will drive BotN initiatives forward while maintaining alignment with industry standards and community engagement principles.
