To ensure that these functions are managed effectively, efficiently and accurately and in line with organisational requirements.Key objectives include:
  • Providing field operations administrative support
  • Create and monitor surgeon agreements.
  • Create campaigns for Workshops and Tradeshows
  • Management calendar for approved events
  • Support business travel procedures, solutions and activities
  • Provide operational support to Customer Relations Department as and when required.
  • Compile and print certificates, flyers, event agenda’s
  • Working within and actively promoting Applied’ s corporate strategies, policies, procedures and code of conduct

About you:
  • Experience in Administration/office management and coordination in a field operations environment (preferred but not essential).
  • High level of computer literacy and Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office and data management software and office equipment, along with demonstrated ability to learn other programs quickly.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and efficiency to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Highly effective and accurate written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision and display superior time management skills, initiative and self- motivation and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
Remuneration:Competitive salary package comprised of base salary, superannuation and participation in a company bonus scheme based on achievement in your role.
