We curate a dynamic calendar of activities designed to engage our audience and propel our brand forward. Due to exciting growth plans, we are seeking an exceptional Campaign Manager to join our high-performing Marketing Team to support and continue delivering our “kick aaS” campaigns.Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will ideally be based in Melbourne but open to Sydney and Brisbane for the right candidate. This role will operate on a hybrid model, working four days in the office to ensure a high level of collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to drive successful campaign outcomes.ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution:· Develop and execute end-to-end targeted marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve business objectives.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation.Digital Optimisation:· Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation.· Implement A/B testing and other strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.· Manage marketing automation tools to optimise campaign effectiveness, leveraging both toolsets and agency support.Lead Generation:· Collaborate with the marketing team to craft and execute demand generation campaigns.· Contribute ideas and strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive lead generation.Copywriting Support:· Assist in crafting compelling and effective copy for various marketing materials as needed.Vendor Relationship Management:· Manage relationships with key vendors to access marketing development funds (MDF).· Work closely with vendors to co-create and execute joint marketing initiatives.Budget Management:· Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise returns.· Provide regular budget reports and insights to the Head of Marketing.Reporting and Analysis:· Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Use analytic tools to measure the success of marketing initiatives.Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.· Minimum 2 years of experience in campaign management or related roles within the ICT industry.· Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.· Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.· Proficiency in marketing automation tools, specifically HubSpot, and analytics platforms.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and priorities.· Familiarity with vendor management and marketing development funds.· Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.· Previous experience with an IT&T System Integrator, Managed Service Provider, or similar organisation.BenefitsBlue Apache continues to grow alongside some of Australia’s leading midmarket businesses, our valued clients.
