Design and Build is seeking an enthusiastic Cadet Contract Administrator, if you are eager to kick start your career in constructions for 2024, we have a perfect opportunity for you!Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing construction company with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional projects. As they embark on exciting new projects and expanding their team, they are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Contract Administrator to join their family.Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with a senior team to learn the ropes of the construction industry.
Assist in the management of contracts, ensuring they are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Gain valuable experience working on diverse and exciting projects that will challenge and develop your skills.
Support the monitoring and management of project budgets, tracking expenses, change orders, and variations.
Continuously learn and expand your knowledge of construction contracts, project management, and relevant software tools

You will need to have:

Some experience in construction would be a bonus.
You need to be studying construction or related field.
A passion for the construction industry and a willingness to learn ang grow.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
