- Develop in-depth knowledge of Clipex products & services
- Develop & manage sales plan to achieve sales budget incl existing clients, obtaining new clients, scheduling visits, field/demo days
- Assist in determining pricing for quotes, promotions & negotiations
- Develop & manage a weighted Sales Pipeline
- Develop, enhance and\or follow sales processes & procedures, maintain accurate CRM (Oracle Netsuite) & sales records
- Update weekly & monthly activity plans & sales reports
- Understand & monitor competition in the region
- Manage & resolve client complaints
- Maintain good working knowledge of the industry by attending field days, reviewing industry publications, building personal networks & participating in industry forums/networks
- Manage end-to-end sales process including fielding enquiries from clients, providing sales quotes, through to fulfilment
- Work with Branch to schedule fulfilment of orders including freight & logistics
- 2 years min experience in a similar role with a strong sales result (preferable)
- Excellent client relationship skills & an understanding of rural Australia
- Positive personality & strong values with a real desire to help people
