This is an outstanding career opportunity for an experienced Industrial Branch Manager to take charge of their Minto and Penrith Branches.
In this dynamic, fast paced and challenging role, you will be responsible for developing, staffing and managing the branches making sure that all facets of managing a branch are adhered to completely and successfully. You will also take on some of the major customer accounts throughout the region.Skills and experience
So that you yourself are able to make the transition smoothly, you will possess the following key attributes:
- Previous Branch management experience ideally within Industrial sector
- An understanding of bearings and power transmission, fluid power and other industrial products
- The ability to coach, mentor and develop people
- A proven track record of achievement in business development in industrial markets
- Experience with Forecasting and other financial matters surrounding the running of a Branch
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
