We are a purpose-led member organisation striving to create greater value for our members and deliver on our purpose to be "The driving force for a better WA."Your Opportunity:In the Customer Service and Sales Representative role - known as Member Solutions Consultant, you will engage with current and potential members from your local area showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services.What you need to know:Location: RAC Albany Service CentreWorking hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm (37.5 hours per week)Salary: Starting at $59,197pa + shift loading / penalties + super + incremental salary increases as you take on opportunities to complete upskilling at your own pace.Recruitment process: Shortlisted candidates will be invited via email to complete a virtual assessment involving scenario and system-based questions and activities. Only candidates with a satisfactory score will progress to next stages of the process.Training: You’ll be set up for success with a fully paid, in-depth structured training program directly delivered virtually to you by our professional Learning and Development Advisors.Career Growth: Real career development, ongoing training, and support with genuine advancement opportunities.What will you be doing:Manage member enquiries by engaging with them in person or via phone/emailProvide support and accurate general advice or up to date information on products and services.Building and maintaining relationships with members recommending products tailored to suit their individual needsWhat we looking for:
