We are currently expanding our team and seeking passionate individuals, including junior agents to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.As a Real Estate Sales Agent at Elders, you will play a pivotal role in driving listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business.ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:

Listing, marketing, and selling properties
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Achieving targets for sales, listings, appraisals,
Ensuring personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
Participating in branch business development programs
Maximizing promotional opportunities, including community events

About youTo excel in this role, you should:

Possess local real estate industry experience and an understanding of the market influences
Be adept at appraising properties, identifying their positive aspects, and recognizing their potential, whether rural or residential.
Possess (or be willing to obtain) a Real Estate Agent license or Assistant Agent license along with a current driver’s license

Additionally, you should have:

excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
strong marketing skills and an eye for detail
a solid understanding of Real Estate Legislation
