This position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week for 2 months with potential for extension.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide project management support to AMG Systems, Reliability, and Asset Health teamDevelop project management plans and monitor project schedule, cost, and qualityManage project delivery to optimize outcomes for the AMG teamCoordinate delivery of work packages by IT, business, and vendor teams according to project planOversee management of change activities, project communications, and stakeholder engagementEnsure compliance with labor laws and lead site harmony/industrial relationsMaintain a safe and continuously improving workplace, demonstrating leadership in safety mattersIdentify and manage project risks, capture learnings, and maintain up-to-date project registers and plansSkills and Experience:+7 years of experience delivering projects in the resources industryIndustry recognized project management qualifications and/or significant hands-on experienceProficiency in business analysis, including business process design and business case developmentAdvanced knowledge of project management tools, with proficiency in Microsoft ProjectStrong experience in managing change activities and stakeholder managementKnowledge of systems implementation within an Asset Management frameworkKnowledge of data platforms and data management within an Asset Management frameworkStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsUnderstanding of administration, finance, and business reporting conceptsAbout WorkPacWorkPac is Australia's largest privately owned workforce services business with over 1.3 million registered candidates.
