This is an exceptional opportunity to join a global leader, leveraging the strong brand to generate activity and to take on the responsibility for continued exponential growth across the Financial Services Group (FSG).Client Manager – Financial Services Group (Global & Corporate)The FSG Global Corporate team is responsible for the broking strategy and placement of all financial lines business across Aon’s Global Corporate clients.   • Managing and supporting the placement of a portfolio of Global Corporate clients
  • Working with the service teams to deliver the best possible outcome for Aon’s clients whilst ensuring client retention, revenue generations and the delivery of additional Aon services
  • Maintaining strategic relationships with insurance carrier partners in all key markets and successfully negotiating appropriate risk transfer solutions based on individual client risk profile
  • Monitor and review of regulatory and case law developments and participation in the production of client advisory white papers
  • Participation in business development opportunities, including policy wording health-checks, technical and claims commentary in tenders and involvement in new business presentations
  • Participation in key speaking opportunities at industry events to raise awareness of Aon’s brand and capabilities in the Financial Lines Insurance space
  • Mentorship and management of junior broking and administrative staff

  • Strong experience within the Financial Lines Insurance market
  • Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Financial Lines Insurance products and risk solutions, including PI, D&O and Crime
  • Excellent cross selling abilities
  • A keen entrepreneurial spirit and flare for business development
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Qualifications in accordance with the Financial Services Reform Act (minimum Tier 1 Broking Compliance)
  • A high level of understanding of client profitability.
