- Create and manage extensive financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
- Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities, prepare and present qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Contribute to project financing processes, including communication with lenders, management of external DD advisors, terms negotiation, etc.
- Assist in business development activities such as offtake tendering, project agreement negotiation, market research, etc.
- Assist in the ongoing management and performance monitoring of operational projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or business .
- Intermediate to advanced abilities in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of financial concepts.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts.
- Able to multi-task and focus on delivering results.
- Communication skills and ability to work across a diverse skilled organisation.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Experience with cash flow financial modelling.
- Experience with structured financing for infrastructure projects.
- Good knowledge of the National Electricity Market (NEM) and renewable energy sector in Australia.
