A great opportunity for an experienced Senior Program Support Officer (Service Design and Improvement) to join this busy team for a temporary assignment.About the role:

Providing specialist advice and technical expertise to staff and stakeholders.
Performing independent research work and analysis including the preparation of draft reports on relevant project activities.
Preparing draft written material including business cases, plans, executive briefs and corporate documentation.
Identifying and assisting with the management of project risks, issues and benefits.
Contributing to project quality management to ensure that project deliverables are fit for purpose and meet client needs.

About you:

You will have strong verbal and written communication skills.
You will have strong engagement with multiple stakeholders.
You will have experience maintaining Service Design and Improvement (SDI) confluence and intranet page updates.
You will have experience supporting artefacts development and maintenance.
You will have experienced maintaining the resource suite.
You will have experience with confluence set-up and artefact development.
You will have experience providing ad-hoc support to individual squads and teams.

Benefits:

ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
3 months assignment with the possibility of extension
Full time hours Monday to Friday
Geelong location + hybrid working from home options.
$60.26 per hour + Super
