- Manage the reception switch board and provide excellent front desk service, including phone and visitor handling
- Respond promptly and courteously to all customer inquiries
- Maintain and manage office supplies and equipment
- Support office tasks including word processing, scheduling, and answering calls
- Coordinate Community Aged Care fleet vehicles and buses
- Assist with various administrative duties as assigned
- Uphold high standards of administration
- Escalate consumer issues to appropriate personnel
- Assist with the coordination of employee on boarding and off boarding processes
- Hold Certificate III/IV in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- Possess current DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance
- Excel in fast-paced admin/customer service/reception roles within community services or non-profit sectors
- Efficiently manage competing priorities to achieve high-quality outcomes within deadlines

- Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, with a knack for conflict resolution and relationship building
