About The OpportunityProgrammed's Facility Management department is currently seeking a Maintenance Handyperson to join our ServiceCo team working across Melbourne. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that provides preventative and general maintenance to a variety of facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for the completion of preventative & general maintenance through find and fix inspections.Nature of position: Full-TimeLocation: MelbourneReporting line: Project ManagerBenefits

Key Responsibilities

Conduct any general trade work and preventative maintenance around the facility.
Assist with any minor repairs such as painting, minor plastering & door hanging.
Use of hand tools, machines, or power saws as required.
Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe environment.

Current driver's license & white card
Working with Children's check
Ability to use Smartphones and iPad
Demonstrate a professional approach and patience within an aged care facility and Childcare facilities
Work in High security areas including Melbourne Airport and Water corporation facilities
Excellent customer service skills
Execute work that is of a high standard
