About The OpportunityProgrammed's Property Services department is currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Handyperson to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of an excellent team that provides grounds maintenance and development to our client sites such as AMPOL, Woolworths & Reece. Working across the North-Western Melbourne suburbs you will be responsible for the overall upkeep and improvement of the facilities and grounds at each site.Nature of position: Full-TimeLocation: Sunshine, MelbourneReporting line: Project ManagerBenefits

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard
Removal of Graffiti
changing light bulbs, air hose repairs, soap and hand towel dispenser changes
Routine mowing and turf maintenance
Weed & pest control - spraying and manual weeding
Ensure compliance of all occupational health and safety processes and procedures

Qualification or experience in horticultural parks and gardens, gardening and landscaping
Current driver's license & white card
Current working with children's check
Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace
Execute work that is of a high standard
A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems.
