- Provide exceptional technical support to our internal staff through the IT helpdesk system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network connectivity.
- Assist users with software applications, security protocols, and other IT-related needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all IT support activities.
- Collaborate with IT team members on various projects and tasks.
- Participate in an on-call rotation (one month out of four) to provide after-hours technical support.
- TAFE level or High School Diploma with equivalent demonstrable experience
- Proven experience working in a technical support role.
- Strong understanding of desktop technology, including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and network fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- A problem-solving mentality with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using common office applications.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
