Cyber Security Program DirectorThis role is suited to a seasoned Cyber Security Program Director proficient in leading significant initiatives geared towards improving organisational cyber security maturity. Operating within a Tier 2 financial services business, you will lead the planning, implementation, and management of a comprehensive cyber security strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and industry best practices.Benefits/Culture:

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive cyber security program roadmap and strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current security measures, identify vulnerabilities, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Lead the development and enforcement of cyber security policies, procedures, and standards.
Recruit a delivery team according to the approved roadmap and build out a well-resourced program.
Work with the CISO and Board to take them on the journey.

Skills:

Proven experience in leading cyber security initiatives/programs within medium to enterprise organisations.
Deep understanding of cyber security principles, methodologies, and best practices - ideally in
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage resources effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
