Join a Leading Engineering Services and Solutions CompanyMonday to Friday RosterTemp to Perm OpportunityÂAbout the Position:WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced EIC Commissioning Lead/Supervisor to join the Clients team on a Lithium project in the Pilbara. Initially office based with ad hoc site visits as part of the role to ensure seamless project execution with view to transition to a site based FIFO role to oversee commissioning activities.Key Responsibilities Will Include:Leading EI&C commissioning activities, ensuring seamless coordination.Crafting meticulous commissioning procedures to optimize efficiency and safety.Supervising and guiding personnel to execute tasks effectively.Conducting thorough pre-commissioning checks to preemptively address issues.Ensuring strict adherence to industry standards and regulations.Diligently maintaining comprehensive project documentation for reference and compliance.Skills & Experience Required:Bachelor's Degree in EngineeringProven track record in EI&C commissioning, demonstrating expertise.Extensive experience in executing projects within the mining sector.Proficiency in interpreting and creating technical drawings for precision.Demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to effectively guide teams.Ability to manage stakeholders and influence people.Possession of EEHA certification.Hold a Construction White/Blue Card.Current Australian manual driver's licenseAbout WorkPac:The WorkPac Group is Australiaâs largest privately owned workforce services business with over 1.3 million registered candidates.
