- Organize and execute marketing events, workshops, and presentations to showcase our offerings and engage with target audiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and printed materials.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing or community engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the education sector and familiarity with North Carolina's educational landscape is preferred.
