- Process purchase orders, invoices, organise and schedule training
- Payroll support - collating timesheets and leave
- Processing vendor invoices
- Working with Projects and Customer Support team to resolve any issues relating to WIP
- Compile information required for internal & external audits
- Production order preparation and timely closure for all service invoicing
- Assist in other general Service administration tasks
- Maintenance of local databases to track WIP
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Experience or exposure to maintaining fleet vehicles and/or Payroll experience, advantageous.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in using MS Office and data bases with office experience
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
