- Achievement of Sales and Gross Profit budgets by servicing existing customers and prospecting for new accounts
- Conduct on site assessments of potential customers with a focus on education and benefits to the customer.
- Responsible for preparing and finalising sales contracts.
- Present Alspec Solar products to customers in a structured and professional manner so as to unlock the best value possible.
- Responsible for ensuring Customer Relationship Management tool is accurate and current.
- Have a thorough and concise prospecting plan for new business that includes cold calling each week to find new customers and new business.
- Ensure all leads from prospecting are followed up on quickly and professionally.
- Maintain a strong liaison between customers and our suppliers to provide customers with products to suit specific needs.
- Maintain current knowledge in all Alspec Solar products and systems.
- At least 3 Years wholesale & commercial sales experience within the solar industry
- Demonstrated ability to reach and exceed sales budgets.
- Track record in developing sustainable long-term customer relationships and networks.
- Strong & effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Flexible in response to work priorities and issues.
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
- Developed time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative to drive team results
