- Working with Sales team and liaising all relevant information to clients

- Assigning campaigns to teams with the right quality and experience
- Drafting contracts and proposals
- Ensuring a transparent line of communication is constant between sales, client services, operations and support to ensure revenue and client and sales partner satisfaction
- Manage and track compliance is adhered to at all times in accordance to company guidelines and external accreditations / audits
- Complaints handling
- Regular clients performance reviews

- Experience within a management role
- Flexibility to travel if / when needed (This will mainly be interstate but will potentially be overseas later down the line)
