With their office based in the heart of the gold coast, a diverse team and lots of opportunities for their staff, they really are a great business to be part of.The RoleThis role is an integral part of the Senior Management team in which you will add value, share your ideas and have the ability to make a real difference in the business.Duties include:

Onboarding new clients
Managing online platforms
Tracking KPI's to ensure team are hitting targets
Working with Sales team and liaising all relevant information to clients
Budget planning and analysis
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders
Setting budgets
Assigning campaigns to teams with the right quality and experience
Drafting contracts and proposals
Ensuring a transparent line of communication is constant between sales, client services, operations and support to ensure revenue and client and sales partner satisfaction
Manage and track compliance is adhered to at all times in accordance to company guidelines and external accreditations / audits
Complaints handling
Regular clients performance reviews

What you needIn order to be successful in this role you will have the following attributes:

Flexibility to travel if / when needed (This will mainly be interstate but will potentially be overseas later down the line)
