General engineer with an interest in polymers,
At least 10 years' experience in an industrial context,
Proven managerial skills,
Experience on a production site essential,
Fluency in English and good knowledge of French.

Activities- You will supervise and lead teams, decide on priorities, allocate work and act as a manager-coach.- Manage budgets and priorities in line with the business.- Participate in drawing up specifications for new products and processes...- Guaranteeing technical quality in your area of activity, drawing on the expertise of your team.- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with safety rules and all procedures in your department's activities.- You will prepare, draw up and consolidate the department's annual budget.- Regular short-term on-site assignments, mostly in Europe.Context & EnvironmentFor its research centre in Feluy, TotalEnergies is looking for a:Technical Department Manager (M/F/X)As Manager of the department, your first task will be to manage and coach a team of around 20 people, a mix of both senior and junior profiles.This team is responsible for providing technical assistance to polymer production sites, in conjunction with the Polymers Business, and for studying the recycling of their plastics .As part of a global technical team at TotalEnergies, you will contribute to our Company's energy transition.
