SMYA, a collective packaging specialist is composes of its key group members being, COSPAK, Vinocor, JMP Retail and SANECTOR.SANECTOR are a dynamic organisation providing the Australian wine & beverage industries a comprehensive range of services relating to bottling, packaging, warehousing and distribution of wine.We are currently looking for and experienced Line Supervisor to join our high performing SANECTOR contract beverage filling team based in Margaret River (Jindong - WA) on a rotating 12 hours roster pattern (both day and night shifts - 7 day fortnight!)Job Requirements Key Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the daily management of the Bottling Line teams;
To effectively, efficiently and safely operate wine bottling and packaging equipment to an acceptable standard utilising established policies and procedures;
Conduct the duties of a Bottling Supervisor and coordinate all bottling hall staff in the safe and correct operation;
Ensure all equipment associated with the packaging of wine as well as the efficient collection and maintenance of all necessary production records and documentation;
Maintain safety standards and policies (PPE & safety guarding);
Maintain quality standards as per procedure and client requirements;
Additional duties as specified from time to time by the Production Manager.Our Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a production environment;
Background in wine / beverage bottling / canning experience highly regarded;
Proven ability to deliver in a results driven and high pressured environment;
Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality control;
Knowledge of labour management and seasonal resourcing across multiple shift patterns highly regarded;
