Professionally handle inbound customer calls with empathy and expertise.
Enhance customer loyalty by delivering top-notch, personalised solutions.
Identify and address the root causes of customer concerns.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive customer support.
Assist with policy renewals, changes, cancellations, and amendments.

About You:

Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service or customer retention is advantageous.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
