HR Advisor (16-Month Mat Leave Contract)

• Supporting and reporting to HRBP together assisting in responding to the HR inbox.
• Using your best practice knowledge to deal with interpreting modern awards and relevant legislation.
• Reviewing employment and other contracts for accuracy, compliance with legislation and company policies.
• Manage and resolve employee related and WH&S matters.
• Contribute to recruitment, selection and onboarding including preparing letters of offer and associated documentation.
• Manage employee Visa obligations.
• Manage L&D platform and yearly compliance.
• Assist in ad hoc HR projects as and when required together with providing general support for the team.

• Qualifications in HR.
• Experience with Visa, WH&S & Modern Awards interpretation.
• Advance Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and project management skills.
• Discretion in dealing with sensitive confidential information.
• Experience working within the automotive/retail/engineering/construction industries would be highly regarded.
