Great initial 5 month contract to work with our NSW Government client in a call centre capacity.Working Hours: Up to 7 hours per day / 35 hours per weekYou will be working on a 7am-7pm rotating roster Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.You will work on a 4 week rotating roster - You will work the same shift for a 4 week period and will then transition to anther sift.You will never work the same shift for 2 consecutive rosters.You will be required to attend an onsite interview at our Newcastle Contact Centre.Examples of start times are: early start shift (e.g. 7am start) , then a mid-shift (e.g. 9 - 10am start) , then a late shift (e.g. 11am start)-We are looking for candidates with 2 - 3 years customer service experience (call centre, admin, retail).
-You need excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Previous gov experience is preferred but not required
-We are looking for candidates who have previously worked in an office environment
-Intermediate computer skills required - Typing Using mouse and monitor
