About The Role:You will be responsible for coaching, guiding and advising Leaders and teams on safety & wellbeing practices, implementing safety & wellbeing systems and processes.This will include:

Partnering site Leaders, functional teams and People & Culture Leaders and Coaches in order to develop, support and implement systems and processes.
Partner leaders and teams in order to ensure effective implementation of risk, emergency, incident and contractor management.
Leading workers compensation and injury management.

About the ideal candidate:You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally with have the following:

Experience working in Manufacturing environment
3+ plus years in a WH&S role
