- Develop new business relationships as well as supporting an existing customer base locally and throughout Melbourne.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to exceed the company’s financial goals
- Provide regular sales reports and market / territory updates
- Assist in the establishment of pricing structures and contracts to suit customer requirements
- Liaising with clients and provide them with high end quality service.
- Identify new business opportunities whilst maintaining existing clients
- Achieving KPI's and handling all general inbound enquires while delivering exceptional customer service to clients
- Support and contribute to the company’s vision and goals
- 360 Account Management / Business Development background
- Recruitment Agency Experience – Heavy industrial preferred
- Proven Sales experience
- Ability to negotiate and execute customer contracts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record increasing client base and sales growth
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
- Demonstrate strong ability to influence key decision makers
- Passion and drive for business growth and success
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- A solid understanding of CRM systems
- Strong work ethic and well presented
- Lucrative Salary based on experience + Commission + Vehicle Allowance
