In this role, you will be responsible for executing strategic business development initiatives within the commercial real estate industry, identifying and cultivating leads, and facilitating their conversion into successful projects by our client development teams.Responsibilities:
  • Execute business development strategies in alignment with regional and local principals.
  • Develop and implement project-specific strategies to drive success.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to enhance team performance and facilitate smooth handovers.
  • Support 80/20 conversion analysis to aid in business planning.
  • Conduct lead source analysis to identify and capitalise on opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Marketing & Communications team to ensure brand alignment.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative approaches to attract target clients.
  • Assist in developing a local research strategy to identify and win clients.
  • Map and nurture key local client relationships, including new, existing, and previous contacts.
  • Work with the Global Client Engagement team to identify cross-regional opportunities.
  • Drive information into the CRM system for efficient management and tracking.
  • Implement the Client Engagement methodology and standards within the organisation.
Requirements:
  • Certificate or degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency in utilising cold calling techniques to establish connections with potential leads.
  • Experience in client management and persuasion to consider potential opportunities.
  • Knowledge of market and industry trends, with familiarity in Design & Build methodology (desirable).
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of procurement processes.
Desirable Skills (Not Essential):
  • Experience in pitching for success and internal project management.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific technologies and tools.
