- Execute business development strategies in alignment with regional and local principals.
- Develop and implement project-specific strategies to drive success.
- Collaborate across disciplines to enhance team performance and facilitate smooth handovers.
- Support 80/20 conversion analysis to aid in business planning.
- Conduct lead source analysis to identify and capitalise on opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Regional Marketing & Communications team to ensure brand alignment.
- Contribute to the development of innovative approaches to attract target clients.
- Assist in developing a local research strategy to identify and win clients.
- Map and nurture key local client relationships, including new, existing, and previous contacts.
- Work with the Global Client Engagement team to identify cross-regional opportunities.
- Drive information into the CRM system for efficient management and tracking.
- Implement the Client Engagement methodology and standards within the organisation.
- Certificate or degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in utilising cold calling techniques to establish connections with potential leads.
- Experience in client management and persuasion to consider potential opportunities.
- Knowledge of market and industry trends, with familiarity in Design & Build methodology (desirable).
- Strong business acumen and understanding of procurement processes.
- Experience in pitching for success and internal project management.
- Familiarity with industry-specific technologies and tools.
