- Provide high level quality support to our sales and service teams (New Business Development, Partnership Managers, Customer Service)
- Pre-qualify, generate, and document partner and merchant leads.
- Nurture long-term opportunities in early stages prior to the sales cycle.
- Actively participate in targeted new business, retention, renewal, and marketing campaigns.
- Deliver prospective customers via closing sales generated through cold calling, digital engagements, and multiple inbound channels.
- Salesforce and HubSpot pipeline management and cadence across new business and partnerships
- Book appointments for new prospects on behalf of New Business and Partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell existing partners with new products and capabilities.
- Be a voice in development of sales playbooks, tender responses, and workflow design improvements.
- Sound knowledge of banking, financial and/or payment solutions technology and payment choices available to merchants here in Australia.
- Strong ‘Phone’ presence and outputs; you have an ability to understand nuances in tone, style & word choice, demeanor and be comfortable in managing the silence.
- Excellent problem identification and solving capabilities.
- Your nature curiosity allows you to engage directly and create key actions and solutions.
- Incredible listening skills to decode, underpin rapport building to access partners and merchants real needs.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels across the team.
- You will be a self-starter, able to work to develop new partner and merchant engagements through the entire sales cycle.
- Competent Writer: you will possess an innate ability to communicate succinctly, construct concise written communication free from grammatical and spelling errors with a sense of urgency top of mind.
- Experience presenting and closing all decision and senior leaders of Payrix’s target customer bases, aligning their business problems with our payment solutions.
