- Provide 1st and 2nd line support of Workplace Support service delivery to all Dentons Australian offices
- Manage the end-user Standard Operating Environment (SOE) build with relevant internal and external parties including engineering, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
- Manage the review, testing and selection of end-user laptop devices with selected vendors
- Technical support for Dentons operating environment and remote access environments
- Onboarding and testing any new end-user applications
- Management and support of Dentons collaboration technologies including:
- Video Conference enabled meeting rooms and all technology within
- Microsoft Teams
- Zoom.
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or equivalent Technology qualification highly regarded
- Exemplary customer service ethic
- Fast learner with the ability to problem solve and take initiative
- Can effectively operate withminimal supervision
- Highly organised and able to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines
- Great communicator, both written and verbal.
