- Establishing sound relationships and engaging with key stakeholders within the business
- Actively lead and contribute as a change champion within the business in line with the business, growth and organisational change strategies
- Consult with and support senior management on HR, Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) processes, policies and procedures
- Case management, providing best practice ER and IR advice and coaching on legislation and practices
- ER and IR matters and Union dealings
- Partner with the team leaders and business leaders across all areas of HR, IR and ER
- A highly motivated, self-starter, commercial and an experienced HR professional, who brings with them considerable experience in developing high quality HR solutions to enable a business to achieve its key drivers
- Have approximately 5-6 years of prior HR generalist experience and in a similar role, especially in mixed or blue collar workforce re Industrial Relations experience with working with Enterprise Agreements
- Have strong stakeholder management and strong experience with employee and industrial relations
