As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

Creating and developing strong relationships with customers and team members
Carrying out specialised repairs, rebuilds and maintenance work on Epiroc's range of surface and underground mining equipment
Carrying out service and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and RCS systems
Solve complex equipment-related issues including diagnostic fault finding
Field and workshop repairs on a range of Epiroc equipment
Providing a high level of technical product support to our customers located within the region
Comply with Epiroc and customer SHEQ and WHS requirements

Ideally, you will possess the following experience and qualifications:

Mechanical, heavy diesel, electrical or hydraulic trade qualifications or similar.
Customer-facing experience or similar
Extensive experience in the maintenance of surface and underground mobile mining equipment, hydraulic repairs, diagnostics, and low voltage electrical repairs.
Preventative and breakdown maintenance experience.
Heavy mobile plant equipment rebuilds
Proven ability to troubleshoot and fault find complex electrical, mechanical and hydraulic problems
Epiroc's surface and underground product experience will be highly regarded

The successful candidate must be a strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills. A positive attitude and commitment to all areas of service operations are essential to the job.
