What you’ll do:
The Client Implementation Analyst will provide end to end support and guidance for onboarding of small to medium clients to specific products and services offered by Equifax. In this role you will also provide technical and business support to Equifax’s API channel, support the Sales and Product teams with customer inquiries/issues across various platforms and take part in training on new platforms and transformation journeys from existing API to a new API.Every client we work with is different, every project is a learning opportunity, now with exposure to Google Cloud Platform with training available.What are we looking for?Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar roleExcellent communications both written and verbalStrong background in troubleshootingBasic knowledge of XML, JSON, REST ServicesGood understanding of APIs and the associated tools.Proven ability in working in a fast-paced environment where priorities are changing1st-2nd Level technical support across multiple software platforms in an API first environmentAbility to respond to any system alerts specifically monitored and managed by the API teams.What could set you apart?Experience working within Financial ServicesWorking experience as Technical Delivery Lead or Implementation Consultant.Experience around REST API and familiarity with Cloud conceptsBasic cloud certification (GCP/AWS/Azure)Some experience with one or more established API platforms specially Apigee would be an added advantageGreat technical communicator who will manage the end-to-end process of API onboarding with our customers.Primary Location: AUS-Sydney-Blue-StreetFunction: Function - Sales SupportSchedule: Full time
